CUSTOM Ordering Process - What to Expect
Review the variety of styles and sports categories.
Select from our large collection of styles and download the desired templates. You can download templates right off our custom site or ask your account representative to email you all the desired templates.
Prepare your design concepts and start the ordering process.
When ready to submit your order or a request our team to start your design a $250 none refundable deposit (Excluding Swim Caps) will be required to start the ordering and design process. The deposit will be applied to your future order.
Our graphic department can always review your files at any stage prior to contract approval. When submitting completed artwork or logos Adobe Illustrator or PDF format is recommended along with providing Vector logo files. Please email all of the artwork and files to firstname.lastname@example.org
Need graphic assistance to envision your design concept? We understand you may not have the time or the experience to create a mock up of your designs. No worries! A sketch request is available at a nominal fee of $250 per design (1st design is included in the initial deposit), which later can be applied to your future orders. We will send you a 1st mockup via email within 1 week of your request and reception of the initial deposit.

We encourage our clients to allow enough time for viewing our sample apparel to determine proper fit, select upgrades, and determine the style(s) that will meet your needs. A security deposit on your Credit Card (VISA, MC, AmEx, Discover) will be required while the product is out on a two weeks loaner basis.

Confirm Your Order
Once you are ready to approve and forward your signed contract, all sizing must be final. Artwork and logo files should be reviewed by our graphic department to assure a precise reproduction. A 50% deposit is also required in the form of a check, major credit card, or bank-to-bank wire deposit.
What we will provide you
A full-scale layout with fabric swatches will be provided by our graphic department and sent to you within 1 week of a signed contract and reception of 50% deposit. Production cannot begin until you have forwarded your signed approval on all layouts and colors, and we have received your deposit.
Standard Production Lead time for Custom Apparel is 6 weeks. Standart production lead time for swim caps is 2 weeks.
You can request your account manager to set-up your team on our Team Portal Website where your dings and all the styles can be purchased individually by your team members. Contact us to set-up your team portal today!
