Warranty

Quality assurance is one of the top priorities for us at Rocket Science Sports. That is why we have one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry today for all products designed and manufactured by us. My pledge to every customer is that everyone at Rocket Science Sports will go above and beyond to keep our customers happy and satisfied with our products and the level of customers service they receive.

All Rocket Science Sports products carry a limited warranty to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the purchases date. If any of our products fail due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion, at no charge to the original owner. If damage occurs due to accident, improper care, or negligence, we will repair the products for a nominal charge to cover our costs. This charge will be evaluated at the time of return. Our warranty becomes null and void on any product that is used for any product that is used for any activity other than its intended use, if the product is misused or abused, or is altered after purchase. The warranty of the products is nontransferable.

*Exclusion

Competitive swimsuits including FU and FU2 swimsuits are excluded from the warranty stated above due to the nature of usage of the suits. All swimsuits carry limited 30 days warranty for manufacturing defects. If any of our products fail due to manufacturing defects, we will repair it, at our discretion, at no charge to the original owner. *Exchange &Return Policy

All products with the exception of wetsuits, race suits and swimwear can be returned within 30 days of purchase if the product is new and original condition with tags attached with proof of purchase provided.

Wetsuits, swimsuits (except for competitive swimsuits) and race suits can be returned for exchange of size only within 14 days of purchase if the product is in new/original /unworn in the water condition and proof of purchase is provided and tags attached. Competitive swimwear is not returnable. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by RSS management.
